The $175/mo managed website plan includes hosting, SSL, uptime monitoring, performance monitoring, unlimited standard edits, ongoing support, and updates while the subscription is active. Lump-sum clients can add managed hosting for $25/mo and edit support for $50/mo.
How fast do you respond to emergency fixes? +
Critical issues like a site being down, a contact form not working, or anything that blocks revenue get a same-day response — typically within a few hours. Routine edits and non-blocking changes are handled within 24–48 hours. There is no separate emergency fee.
Do you handle backups, and how often? +
Yes. We run automated daily backups of your full site (code, content, and any database), retained for 30 days. If something breaks or content is accidentally deleted, we can restore to any point in the last 30 days within an hour.
What about security patches and SSL renewal? +
Both are handled automatically. Because we hand-code our sites, there are no WordPress plugins, themes, or core updates to chase — most security risks simply do not apply. SSL certificates auto-renew through our hosting provider, so your site never accidentally falls offline because of an expired certificate.
Can I cancel maintenance anytime? +
Monthly website plans have a 12-month minimum and then continue month to month with 30 days written notice. Lump-sum hosting or support add-ons can be canceled according to the support agreement. You always keep your domain and content.
