What is included in website maintenance? +
Every plan includes managed hosting on enterprise infrastructure, SSL certificate renewal, daily backups, 24/7 uptime monitoring, security patches, performance monitoring, and a set number of monthly content edit hours (1 hour on Starter, 2 on Growth, 3 on Pro). You email or text us your changes and we publish within 24–48 hours.
How fast do you respond to emergency fixes? +
Critical issues like a site being down, a contact form not working, or anything that blocks revenue get a same-day response — typically within a few hours. Routine edits and non-blocking changes are handled within 24–48 hours. There is no separate emergency fee.
Do you handle backups, and how often? +
Yes. We run automated daily backups of your full site (code, content, and any database), retained for 30 days. If something breaks or content is accidentally deleted, we can restore to any point in the last 30 days within an hour.
What about security patches and SSL renewal? +
Both are handled automatically. Because we hand-code our sites, there are no WordPress plugins, themes, or core updates to chase — most security risks simply do not apply. SSL certificates auto-renew through our hosting provider, so your site never accidentally falls offline because of an expired certificate.
Can I cancel maintenance anytime? +
After your initial term (6 or 12 months depending on plan), you can cancel with 30 days written notice. There are no early termination fees beyond the remaining initial term, and you keep ownership of your domain and content. We also provide a clean export of your site files on request.
