Money, invoices, and options

How does your pricing work?

I keep pricing simple so it is easy to choose what fits your business right now. You can do a $3,800 lump-sum build if you want to own the finished website files, a $175/mo managed website plan with no setup fee, or a custom ecommerce build starting at $8k.

What is included in the $175/mo plan?

You get a custom website with up to 5 pages, mobile-friendly design, help connecting your domain, basic Google setup, hosting, maintenance, and unlimited standard edits. You can send changes over whenever you need them instead of having another login or website chore on your plate.

Is there a setup fee?

No. The standard monthly plan is $175/mo with no setup fee, which makes it easier to get started without a big upfront bill.

What is the difference between lump sum and monthly?

Lump sum is the ownership route: you pay for the build and own the completed website files after final payment. Monthly is the lower-upfront managed route: I host, maintain, update, and support the site while the subscription is active.

Can I buy out the website later?

Yes. If the monthly plan is working well but you later decide you would rather own the website files outright, we can work out a written buyout. Monthly payments do not count dollar-for-dollar toward ownership, but 50% of the monthly website payments you have made can be credited toward the buyout.

Do monthly payments count toward the buyout?

They can help reduce it, but they do not automatically turn the monthly plan into ownership. The monthly plan covers the active website, hosting, edits, and support. If you want to buy out the site, 50% of the monthly website payments you have made can be applied as a credit toward the agreed buyout price.

Can I start small and add more later?

Yes. The $175/mo plan is meant to be an easy starting point for a strong small-business website. You can start with the core pages you need now, then add more pages, sections, blog content, or bigger features later when it makes sense.
